ABOUT ME

I am a ThetaHealing Teacher; Advanced Theta Healing & EFT Practitioner; Angel Therapist and Reiki Master. I also teach Theta Healing, EFT, Meditation and Psychic development. I am passionate about helping people, removing blocks to self-love, creativity and abundance and really enjoy putting people in touch with their intuitive and spiritual selves.

I believe that we all have powerful intuitive and creative talents, that we are born with these gifts ready within us, but they need a safe and nurturing environment in which to unfold. I believe that we can all lead amazing lives, filled with love, laughter, creativity and abundance; that we can all step through past hurts into forgiveness; that we can fulfil our potential and realise the wildest of our dreams!

BACKGROUND

I have always been interested in the big questions of life, and from an early age had a huge desire to help people and the world. Previous to studying for a degree in Psychology, I began my professional healing career working in mental health for a number of years. Post-degree I longed for ‘something more’ and I soon found myself at a local Buddhist Centre, and the world of healing opened up to me.

INTUITIVE ABILITY

I really began to develop my intuitive abilities by sitting in a Spiritual Development circle. It was here that I developed my understanding and communication with spirit guides, the angelic and elemental realms. I went on to study Tarot and Intuitive ability at the College of Psychic Studies training with the renowned Diana Cooper and Sarah Cox. I have been giving intuitive readings for over eight years now.

HEALING

I came to EFT as a client searching for a solution to internal conflict. Working daily with EFT since 2003, I have seen and experienced phenomenal change. My own transformation inspired me to train in this discipline, teaching others that which I have learnt myself. EFT is profoundly healing and empowering and I believe that my experience as a client directly informs my work as a practitioner. In 2008 I completed a Diploma in Integrated Energy Techniques (IET) adding NLP and Hypnotherapy to deepen my practice further.

INTEGRATED PRACTICE

I now combine my Psychology background with my intuitive abilities, working from a Psycho-spiritual perspective, I am also Theta Healing Teacher and Advanced ThetaHealing Practitioner and Reiki Master.

TEACHING

My own intuition greatly developed whilst sitting in a small and friendly Spiritual development circle, which has inspired me, nearly ten years later, to lead my own. Angel & Ascended Master circle and a monthly EFT & Abundance circle, both from my Highgate practice. I also teach Theta Healing, along with other classes and workshops. Believing that the best teachers are also students, I am a current student of the Advanced Satvik Energy Training Course, and an ongoing student of A Course in Miracles and The Work of Byron Katie.
